RCAF Memorial Foundation hosts another successful fundraiser
The 6th Annual Foundation Charity Banquet was held April 24th in the Museum’s expansion hall. Guests were wined and dined under the magnificently restored Halifax bomber. A live and silent auction provided the Foundation additional funding to go towards completing the expansion area and enhancing the quality of the museum for future visitors. The big prize of the evening was a Via Rail trip for two from Belleville to Quebec City complete with accommodations at the Courtyard Marriott hotel.
Foundation Clerk and event organizer, Cecilia Bate would like to thank the numerous sponsors (listed below), Jeanette Arsenault for singing the National Anthem and Occasions by the Bay for their outstanding service and contribution to make the fundraising event a success.
