The Museum is a self guided attraction. However, volunteer tour guides are always available during visitor hours and can provide you with as much or as little direction and information as you need. The NAFMC volunteers are a wellspring of knowledge, both in the Museum’s history and its collection. Mainly comprised of past or current serving military members, they are happy to share their stories with visitors of all ages.
The Museum welcomes all groups and will try to make accommodate their needs when advance notice of the visit is made.
We highly recommend advance booking for any of the following:
* Groups of 10 people or more
* Cadet Squadrons, Summer Camps, Youth Programs, Service Clubs etc.
* Groups with special needs & requirements
* School groups of all ages. (Depending on the program selected there may be a per student fee.)
* Charter Bus groups/tours
Both the Museum and Airpark are fully scooter/wheelchair accessible. In addition, scooters and wheelchairs are available for visitor use in the Museum. Please ask one of the staff for assistance.
