The National Air Force Museum of Canada offers a unique setting that makes for an unforgettable event. Invite your guests to dine in the shadow of Second World War Bomber Halifax NA 337 and explore the storied history of Canada’s air force in an unrivaled atmosphere.
Whether you are hosting an awards dinner, cocktail reception, workshop, or meeting our two self-service rental spaces are perfect for both intimate and professional gatherings.
Conference Room
A traditional meeting space perfect for workshops, coffee breaks, presentations, or small business gatherings. The Conference Room is furnished and available for daytime events. This space can be rented in increments of four (4) or eight (8) hours.
Use of our cloakroom and parking lot is included in Conference Room rentals. Group admission rates apply to all guests, allowing access to the Main Exhibition Hall, Mezzanine, and Airpark (seasonal). Food and non-alcoholic beverages can be served in the Conference Room.

The Atrium
Available for evening events, our Atrium space features floor to ceiling windows and opens up onto the Main Exhibition Hall, immersing your guests in history. This space is best suited for wedding receptions, awards banquets, cocktail hours, and corporate holiday parties and can be transformed to achieve your vision.
Atrium rentals include the use of our cloakroom, outdoor terrace, and parking lot. Your guests will also have access to tour through the Main Exhibition Hall, Mezzanine, and Airpark (seasonal).

The Museum requires events to be booked a minimum of six (6) weeks in advance and a mandatory site visit must take place before the event.
As a self-service venue, the set-up, tear down, catering, bar service, decoration (including table linens), and entertainment are the responsibility of the renter. Day prior set-up and next day tear-down may be available at an additional cost. The Museum offers table and chair rentals for Atrium events.

Discover everything the NAFMC has to offer! With over 75,000 sq. ft. of indoor exhibit space and a 16-acre Airpark, there’s a lot to explore – from enticing exhibits that tell the story of Canada’s air force personnel, to our extensive collection military aircraft. Museum guides are available every day to answer visitor questions, and our gift shop has a selection of aviation themed merchandise, including historic models and used books, that you won’t find anywhere else.
