Below! NORAD’s Underground Fortresses
May 12, 1958 – The United States and Canada sign the North American Air Defense (NORAD) Command Agreement, committing to mutual defence of North America.
To celebrate, we are pleased to announce a new, temporary exhibit coming to the NAFMC! Once we re-open, be sure to visit “Below! NORAD’s Underground Fortresses”, on display until October 31, 2021, on loan from the Canadian Forces Museum of Aerospace Defence.
